A traffic check that lasted several hours was carried out in Zolling on Friday.
There were some violations to complain about - for example a knife.
Zolling
- The question was asked in various Facebook groups on Friday: “What's going on in Zolling?” The background was a police check between 6 and 10 p.m. during which numerous vehicles were stopped and the drivers were checked by the officers of the Freising police station .
Several violations were discovered, as the PI reports.
(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
A 20-year-old Freinger who was carrying a forbidden one-hand knife in his car was stopped at the stationary checkpoint.
The knife was seized and the young man reported.
A 27-year-old from Hörgertshausen was traveling with a car and trailer without having a driver's license for this combination.
The trip ended in Zolling - with a complaint about driving without a license.
Drunk man was still trying to get away
The officers also caught a 34-year-old who turned on the B 301 after seeing the police.
The police immediately set out and were able to catch the man quickly.
The reason for the hectic turning maneuver was immediately clear: The man was obviously no longer sober, an alcohol test then also gave a value of 0.7 per mille.
For him, too, the journey ended in Zolling.
A complaint was filed, which is why the driver not only has to pay a fine of 500 euros, but also surrenders his driver's license for a month.
