Today, the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Aleppo Governorate arrested a drug dealer and confiscated a large quantity of hashish in one of his warehouses.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of today that, based on information received by the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Aleppo about the presence of a large quantity of narcotic substances hidden with a person with the intention of trading them, and after observing the suspect, the branch managed to arrest him, whose name is “Rodin A.” A quantity of 120 kilograms of narcotic hashish was seized in a warehouse belonging to him, which was hidden in 38 metal packages designated for foodstuffs, "pepper and olive molasses."
The source pointed out that the aforementioned quantity was confiscated, as investigations are still continuing with the arrested to reveal all those involved in the case to take the necessary measures against them.
