Indonesia and the surrounding area have been in turmoil in recent weeks following a post that went particularly viral centered on one dissatisfied customer, who took his dissatisfaction one step further • What caused the storm and how did the story end? All the details in the article

If until today you chose to grit your teeth and be silent whenever the dish you ordered from some fast food chain did not resemble, to say the least, the tempting photo on the menu or advertisement, and instead of a large, juicy and full of good sandwich you got a flat, pale and meager excuse Next time you should think twice, and just complain.

This is exactly what an Indonesian customer of the Kentucky Fried Chicken chain named Erwin Sandy did, who with a little determination, perseverance and creativity, showed her where the rooster makes Kokoriko.

Sandy ordered from a nearby KFC branch a shipment that included, among other things, a fried chicken sandwich, however the sandwich he received was no less embarrassing (for the chain) and insulting (for him).

Sandy tried to call the branch, but no one picked up the phone.

But instead of giving up and settling for the disgraceful dish, Sandy posted on his Facebook page a post comparing the sandwich he received to the sandwich he was supposed to receive, writing that "KFC is good at deceiving its customers."

Beyond the dilapidated condition of the sandwich sent, it can be clearly seen that the dish did not contain any vegetables, contrary to the picture shown on the menu.

Scandal.

Sandy also contacted the local media in his country, complained about the omission in the bun and even threatened to sue the network for deception.

In a short time, Sandy's post went viral and was reviewed across Indonesia and other countries.

And this time, for a change, the manager of the branch kindly approached Sandy on his own initiative.

The manager admitted that the sandwich sent to Sandy did not meet the network's standards and noted that that day "the vegetables at the branch ran out, but the courier was supposed to update the customer on that".

Sandy eventually agreed to waive the lawsuit, but only on the condition that KFC meet four requirements, to which it agreed.

One of Sandy's demands was that the problematic branch supply food to a local orphanage for an entire month, and we assume that the sandwiches distributed there will be more similar to the one in the poster than to the dish that started this croaking saga.
