- How does this event differ from a classic watchmaking show?
Hind SEDDIQI. -
More than a show, I think Dubai Watch Week is a community. Everyone is important here, including the general public who are unfamiliar with watches. This hospitality is part of the “Dubai touch”. Taking care of its guests, whether tourists or guests, is part of our country's culture. It is also a family state of mind. Coming here everyone has the feeling of coming home. It's a place where friends meet and where you can make new ones as well. A place where we can be ourselves, where we exchange, where we learn from each other. This is the 5th edition, it now takes place every two years. We started on an annual basis, from 2015 to 2017, but it's both a lot of work and very expensive.
