In the video: Nir Hefetz on the witness stand in the 4000 case (Walla system!)

Nir Hefetz, the state witness in the Alps cases, will testify today (Monday) in his fourth testimony in the Jerusalem District Court.

The testimony of former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's communications adviser is supposed to substantiate the bribery intentions attributed to him in the 4000 case by the State Attorney's Office, as well as shed light on his involvement in the 1000 case (the gifts affair) and the 2000 case (the Netanyahu-Mozes case).

In Hefetz's previous testimony, which took place on Wednesday last week, he recounted a series of correspondence with former Walla! CEO Ilan Yeshua and Bezeq controlling shareholders Shaul Alovich around the election campaigns. He said that Yeshua and Elovich had been recruited for Netanyahu's victory in the election and testified that the former prime minister was satisfied with major articles that appeared on the site at the time.

Hefetz arrived at his first testimony after a week's delay, and opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu, who has been in court for the first time since the beginning of the testimony phase, was also present at the hearing.

Netanyahu left the court during the testimony.

Prior to his previous testimony, Hefetz posted a tweet on Twitter featuring screenshots of abusive messages and threats against him on the networks.

This morning, he published a tweet in which he shared a column written by media man Yaakov Bardugo in "Israel Today" in which he teased the newspaper's editor Boaz Bismuth.

Hefetz, who accompanied the Netanyahu couple for years, is considered a key witness in the trial, and in particular in the 4000 case. Most of his testimony to the police concerned the pressure exerted on the Walla!

To skew the coverage in favor of the Netanyahu family.

He also revealed to investigators a four-way meeting between Netanyahu and Alovich, which took place at a very critical moment in the criminal timeline, as the investigators portrayed him.

The existence of the meeting was crossed by further evidence.

The object itself was not present at the meeting, but provided evidence from events that occurred around it and testified to software.
