In another post she explained the procedure she underwent which involved transplanting hair from the back of the head to create fuller eyebrows.

The medical procedure
The hair follicles are taken from the back of the scalp.
Shave a small area that is not exposed and under local anesthesia take the hair follicles from the shaving area and plant on the eyebrow.
