In full elections in Honduras, the website of the National Electoral Council (CNE) suffered a blackout.
Augusto Aguilar, former president of the CNE, describes it as "inexplicable" and recalls what happened in 2017, when the results were reversed after an interruption of the same nature.
The CNE reported that it is investigating the outage, adding that it was caused by an "attack on the server," without offering further details.
