Professional equality: large companies are making progress

The companies improved the score of their index by respecting the legislation on the return of maternity leave.


In 2018, women's salaries were still 17% lower than those of men in companies. If only 2.5% of companies obtained the maximum score of 100 points, 37% still display a result above 90 points. .It is in the smallest companies (50 to 250 employees) that the average score is lowest (84.5).
