Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh renewed his call to the United Nations to provide international protection for the Palestinian people and to stop the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation against them.
Shtayyeh condemned, in his statements today, reported by Wafa Agency, the attacks by the occupation forces and settlers against the Palestinians, pointing out that the storming of the President of the occupation entity Isaac Herzog and a group of settlers yesterday is a flagrant violation of the sanctity of the sanctuary and a provocation of the feelings of the Palestinians, recalling the decision of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization UNESCO who considered the Ibrahimi Mosque a Palestinian historical landmark and placed it on the list of endangered world monuments.
Shtayyeh pointed out that the Palestinian people affirm, on the International Day of Solidarity with them, their continuation of the resistance until they achieve their full inalienable national rights, foremost of which is the establishment of their independent state on the June 4, 1967 line, with Jerusalem as its capital.
