The Lion King at the Mogador Theater, still imperial

We know the story of the

, but seeing it take shape before our eyes with all the performing arts is magic.

Several times awarded, premiered on Broadway in 1997 and in French, in Paris, in 2007, the musical is back at the Théâtre Mogador.

And it is a pleasure to find the characters taken from the famous Disney Studios film (1994).

Young lion cub, Simba is carefree until the death of his father, Mufasa, whom his uncle Scar makes him endorse, ready to all meanness to seize the throne of the Land of the lions.

Its interpreter, Olivier Breitman, is less mean than on screen and full of humor.

Simba is forced to flee his father's kingdom.

Timon, a meerkat, and his friend Pumba the warthog help him confront the bloodthirsty hyenas.

Fluidity of the troop
