More than ten patients were examined.
"Fortunately, most of the passengers were able to get on a replacement bus on their own, which ensured that the heat was retained in the winter temperatures," says the fire brigade.
An additional large-capacity ambulance from the Munich fire brigade no longer had to be used.
The background to the clash is still unclear - the police are investigating.
