"100 Percent Poing": From December 1st there will be the Poing voucher, valid in local businesses

A plastic card (similar to an EC card) that you can either use yourself or give away.

The motto of the campaign is: "100 percent Poing".

When Mayor Thomas Stark presented the project to the public for the first time in July (at a meeting of the main and finance committee of the municipal council), he said: “The aim is to strengthen the Poingen retail trade as well as service providers and restaurateurs in times of steadily growing online competition . “The voucher is intended as a support by tying the purchasing power in Poing.

23 local retailers, restaurateurs and service providers will be there at the start.

"I would like to thank everyone for the positive response to the project in advance and I hope that many more companies will join our voucher system," said Stark during the presentation yesterday, Monday.

The voucher is a nice gift, not just for Christmas.

The voucher can be loaded with any amount and redeemed in any amount.

This means that recipients can decide individually where to shop.

However, this is only possible with the participating partners (see box).
