The traffic police asked the driver to stop, but he did not follow the instructions and crashed into the police motorcycle and speeded up to escape.


The Police Crime Squad took over the investigation and identified the driver of the private car involved. The detectives arrested the 23-year-old man surnamed Huang in Shuomen Village, Shatian District yesterday (29th) morning and seized a small amount of cocaine in the vehicle involved.

The arrested man was charged with 9 crimes, including suspected dangerous driving, driving without a valid driver's license, using the vehicle without third party insurance, failing to park according to police instructions, failing to park after the accident, failing to report after the accident, and using mobile while driving Telephone, drug trafficking and criminal damage.

According to the police, the arrested man pleaded guilty to other crimes except drug trafficking, and he is still being detained for investigation.

The police stated that they would do their best to investigate the case and urge the public not to try the law.
