A 10th-grade student charged with 42-year-old murder: "Short-range submachine gun - and escapes"

An indictment was filed this morning (Tuesday) in the Haifa District Court against a 15-year-old 10-year-old student, for the murder of 42-year-old Jisr a-Zarqa resident Ahmad Amash on Yom Kippur night.
The court ruled a hearing that he would remain under house arrest.

According to the indictment, filed by Adv. Shonit Kedem-Nimtsen, in the evening, the boy decided to hit Amash, and he was equipped with an improvised submachine gun loaded with ammunition. And while running, he fired at least four bullets from the weapon at close range - and fled the scene.
