It took a while, but now the OK came from the trade office - and cultiamo, the Hallbergmoos cultural association, is allowed to organize the “Korvatunturi arts and crafts market”.

Hallbergmoos

- the settings are the courtyard and hall of the old inn.

30 artisans have registered for Sunday, December 5th, and will be offering their home-made gems from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

“It is crucial,” says cultiamo organizer Sabina Brosch, “that we don't sell anything to eat or drink, have no cultural performances and strictly control access to 3G, i.e. vaccinated, recovered or tested”.

Therefore, in contrast to the Christmas markets, the handicraft market runs as a "trade", as if you were going shopping.

(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

In the hall of the Alten Wirt there is therefore a mask requirement, in the courtyard, where ten Christmas huts and some pavilions will be set up, you can move without a mask, but with a distance.

“We check everyone at the entrance and also make sure that there are no groups in front of and between the stands during the market,” says Brosch.

If you want to eat or drink something, you can do so in the guest rooms of the Altes Wirt - but not outdoors.

Hats, soaps and extraordinary things from the pasta workshop

Artists from all over Bavaria have registered for the fourth arts and crafts market from cultiamo, the first at Christmas time, with very different products: honey, beeswax candles and mead, moss roots, loving arrangements, extraordinary wallets, jewelry and healing stones, knitwear of all kinds, Bags made of jeans and old pillowcases, Murano glass, flowers and herbs, photographs and calendars, exquisite ceramics, bags from Nepal, extraordinary things from the pasta workshop, hats, soaps, jewelry, art with pearls.

“It is very important for all exhibitors: It has to be homemade and hand-made.

I think we have a really great, extraordinary mix ”, says Sabina Brosch happily.
