The Central District Attorney's Office today (Tuesday) filed an indictment against a minor in the Central Youth District Court, after attaching an explosive device to a vehicle with the intent to injure its owner, amid a dispute between families in the Shefela area.
Also, the minor's detention was extended until the end of the proceedings.
According to the indictment, which attributes to him offenses of conspiracy to commit a crime and attempted sabotage using an explosive object, the minor's family is in conflict with another family.
Against the background of the conflict, the minor, together with other people, decided to harm the family members with whom they are in conflict.
To do so, he purchased a surveillance device and equipped himself with a powerful explosive device containing about 1 kg of explosives. The owner of the vehicle noticed the cargo arriving at the vehicle and called the police forces who neutralized the explosive device.
