The smoke was big, the cause small: a burnt meal caused a large-scale fire service in Poing.
Nobody got hurt.
Poing - Excitement on Sunday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m., in Poing-Süd: Smoke alarms had triggered in an apartment in an apartment building, an attentive resident alerted the fire brigade because of a strong smoke development.

The cause could quickly be determined: "A saucepan that was still on the stove when the 92-year-old resident left her apartment," says the press report from the Poing police station.
