Indictment against a 15-year-old minor for the murder of Ahmad Amash in Jasr a-Zarqa Israel today

According to the Haifa District Attorney's Office, the young man planned ahead of time to injure the deceased.


Following a complex and intensive investigation conducted by the Menashe Crime Unit in the Menashe area, the Haifa District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Haifa District Court yesterday (Monday) against a 15-year-old minor for the murder of Ahmad Amash, a 43-year-old resident.

According to the indictment, filed by Adv. Shonit Kedem-Nimtsen, in the evening of September this year, the defendant decided to shoot the deceased in order to cause him serious injury, disability or mutilation.

Following the decision, the defendant was equipped with an improvised submachine gun or a weapon such as an improvised submachine gun, which he possessed without permission by law, and when loaded with ammunition.



Shortly afterwards, the defendant arrived near the home of the deceased, who was standing outside.

While running, the defendant fired at least four bullets at the killer from his weapon at close range.

He then fled the scene.

The deceased collapsed on the road and lost consciousness.

He was rushed by ambulance to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.

When the treatment and resuscitation efforts at the hospital were unsuccessful, the death of the deceased was determined.

The investigation of the case was conducted at the unit for the fight against crime in the Menashe area and the indictment attributes to the defendant the offenses of murder with indifference and offenses with weapons.
