However, Zhang Yonghao said that Hong Kong does not have enough manpower.
In the first half of this year, many people in the industry were underemployed. In the second half of the year, although the workload has increased, the salary is still lower than before the epidemic. If the contractor wants to hire enough staff, it should promote more and provide suitable salary.
He also said that for contractors, foreign workers may be younger and can save a certain amount of cost, so there are incentives to hire foreign workers.
