Most beneficiaries agree to He Chaoqiong's plan

Senior Counsel Shi Yongtai, who represents He Chaoqiong, said that there are currently two plans. Most of the beneficiaries involved agree with He Chaoqiong's plan. When the court handles the dispute, the wishes of the majority of the people involved must be considered.

Shi Yongtai continued to disclose that He Chaoxian originally agreed with He Chaoqiong's plan, but later changed the main change and filed a request for the court to appoint An Mai as the administrator of the estate.

He Chaoqiong learned of the incident only from media reports.

And Ho Chaoxian later suspended the application.

If the two companies are co-administrators, it will increase the cost

Regarding He Chaoxian's "concession", only those who appoint KPMG and Anmai consultants were required to jointly serve as estate administrators, but He Chaoqiong objected.

Shi Yongtai said that the appointment of the two companies as the administrator of the estate will increase related expenses.

Senior Counsel for He Chaoxian and Xiao Meizheng, Rand Yeh, pointed out that it is infeasible to appoint the two companies as the administrator of the estate.

The judge revealed at the hearing that it was no secret that Stanley Ho had not made a will, and the lawyers of the two parties also agreed.
