After the gambling king Stanley Ho died of illness in May last year, the long-term daughters Angela and Deborah (Deborah) and the eldest daughter of the second room, Pansy, successively registered their father’s inheritance with the High Court. The High Court handled the relevant applications of the estate administrator. Judge Chen Jiaxin revealed in the court that Stanley Ho did not make a will during his lifetime. The court also mentioned that most of the beneficiaries accepted the plan proposed by He Chaoqiong. However, He Chaoxian asked the court to also appoint her side. Representing the management of the estate, the judge adjourned the ruling.
After the two rooms, everyone wants to appoint a representative to manage the estate
He Chaoqiong applied to the court to appoint Patrick Cowley and Lu Qiwen of KPMG Certified Public Accountants, any administrators of Hongshen’s estate, and Longfang’s daughter He Chaoxian, and Ho’s granddaughter Xiao Meizheng (the daughter of Longfang He Chaoying) asked to be selected in addition to KPMG’s candidates. Appointed Wong Wing Sze and Edward Simon Middleton of Almaty Consultants Co., Ltd. as the administrators of the estate.

Most beneficiaries agree to He Chaoqiong's plan
Senior Counsel Shi Yongtai, who represents He Chaoqiong, said that there are currently two plans. Most of the beneficiaries involved agree with He Chaoqiong's plan. When the court handles the dispute, the wishes of the majority of the people involved must be considered.
Shi Yongtai continued to disclose that He Chaoxian originally agreed with He Chaoqiong's plan, but later changed the main change and filed a request for the court to appoint An Mai as the administrator of the estate.
He Chaoqiong learned of the incident only from media reports.
And Ho Chaoxian later suspended the application.
If the two companies are co-administrators, it will increase the cost
Regarding He Chaoxian's "concession", only those who appoint KPMG and Anmai consultants were required to jointly serve as estate administrators, but He Chaoqiong objected.
Shi Yongtai said that the appointment of the two companies as the administrator of the estate will increase related expenses.
He Chaoxian asks the manager to have her own candidate
Senior Counsel for He Chaoxian and Xiao Meizheng, Rand Yeh, pointed out that it is infeasible to appoint the two companies as the administrator of the estate.
Lande also pointed out that He Chaoxian only asked for her side among the estate administrators.
Randye pointed out that due to the unique circumstances of this case, its application should be accepted.
The judge revealed at the hearing that it was no secret that Stanley Ho had not made a will, and the lawyers of the two parties also agreed.
