The council clarified the importance of continuous follow-up to marketing the entire citrus season, providing the necessary support to farmers, acquiring the largest possible quantities, offering them through Syrian outlets for trade, presenting them at reasonable prices to the consumer, storing additional quantities to intervene when needed, expanding the afforestation process, focusing on areas that were exposed to fires, and completing the provision of agricultural production requirements.

The Council reiterated its emphasis on strengthening the role of Syrian embassies and diplomatic missions abroad to communicate with Syrian citizens in expatriates and introduce them to the attractive investment environment in light of advanced legislation and facilities provided in all investment fields, expressing readiness to overcome any obstacles to the return of businessmen to practice their activities inside the country.

The council requested to expedite the application of billing in commercial transactions between wholesalers and semi-wholesale merchants in principle, and to enhance the culture of commercial transactions through billing, which would enable controlling the markets and holding violators accountable.

The Council reviewed a memorandum on the reality of the educational sector in the period between 2011 and 2021 and what the Ministry of Education did in the field of school rehabilitation, curriculum development, addressing dropout cases, securing books and school equipment. Emphasis was placed on continuing to restore schools, provide the requirements of the educational and educational process, improve their quality, and continue to encourage the trend towards Vocational education.

The Council also reviewed the reality of the services and projects implemented and under implementation, and the percentages of completion in the areas liberated from terrorism in all governorates.

The council agreed to complete the implementation of a center for physiotherapy and prosthetics at the Police Hospital in Harasta.
