The project indicated, according to what it published on its Facebook page, that during the visit a number of facilitating aids were distributed to the wounded, including electric chairs to a number of paralyzed patients, talking phones and a white stick to the blind and visually impaired.
The project team trained the wounded beneficiaries of the distribution on how to deal with these facilitating aids and use them to achieve the desired effect, enhance their self-reliance and facilitate their daily dealings.
The visit of the project team included reviewing the reality of the productive projects that were previously granted to a number of total disabled patients in the governorate and discussing the challenges and difficulties facing the wounded beneficiaries with the aim of continuing the success of their projects and securing an independent source of income for them and their families.
