" to avoid the formation of a cluster at Trans musicales of Rennes which must bring together tens of thousands of people from Wednesday.

”, declared the prefect Tuesday during a press conference.

", however acknowledged Emmanuel Berthier, recalling that the festival had decided to apply the health protocol "

The organizers are perfectly serious people with whom we have been working continuously for 18 months now

In 2019, during the last edition with the public, the Trans Musicales brought together 56,000 participants.
The festival kicks off Wednesday and most of the programming is scheduled for Friday and Saturday evening with concerts until the early hours.

The incidence rate of Covid-19 in Brittany was 212 per 100,000 inhabitants on Tuesday, four times more than a month earlier.
The region is the best vaccinated in France with 96% of the population having received at least one dose of vaccine, against 77% nationally, according to the Regional Health Agency.
