Following the success of their joint Hanukkah project last year, Poe Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl and Greg Kerstin reunite for "Hanukkah Sessions" # 2 - eight days in which the two record a cover of a Jewish artist's song.
One of the interesting covers this time is the one the musician and producer recorded for the Ramones' "Blitzkrieg Bop," which came out in honor of the second holiday candle.
"Many years ago, two good Jewish children from Queens named Jeffrey Heiman and Thomas Ardley changed the world forever with their music - as Joey and Tommy Ramon," Grohl and Kerstin describe the cover.
This is a new version of the immortal punk classic, which goes online after a cover metal performed by the two for Lisa Lov's "Stay (I Missed You)".
The singer of Poo Fighters and his friend plan to upload a new song with each additional candle, until the end of the eight days of the holiday.
