A strong northeast monsoon is affecting the coastal areas of South China. The temperature in Hong Kong this morning is generally about 6 degrees lower than yesterday.

According to the Transport Department, due to a water main burst, part of the lanes near the Lai King MTR Station on Container Port South Road (towards Kwai Fong) has been closed. Motorists can only use the remaining lanes.
