A Jerusalem resident in his 70s was arrested last night (Wednesday) on suspicion of drugging a young woman with a mental disability.
According to the complainant, the suspect raped her for a long time, violently, while at the same time he was smoking drugs.
The suspect's detention was extended by a day.
A court has banned the publication of his identity until tomorrow's court hearing

Last month, 41-year-old Yagur Olsik was charged with aggravated rape of a 14-year-old girl who is on the autistic continuum.
According to the indictment in the afternoon, the girl, an eighth-grade student, left the school and took a bus to her home in Ashdod.
After getting off the bus, the defendant approached her in Russian and offered to come with him.
The girl told him she did not speak the language, but agreed to accompany him because she thought to herself that he needed help.
Ulsik led the girl to his apartment, locked the door from the inside, smoked drugs and offered her to smoke as well.
She refused and then he led her to his bedroom, despite her protests and requests to open the door and let her go.
In his room, the indictment said, he raped the girl.
