Slippery roads and drifting snow led to some accidents in the district on Tuesday.
Three buses, two trucks and several cars ended up in the ditch.
District
- Two buses, which were traveling on the district road FS 32 from Nandlstadt in the direction of Au, landed in the ditch on Tuesday around 2:20 p.m. - one driver was injured, the other bus driver and a child (13) were uninjured (we reported).
A school bus also came off the road on State Road 2053 between Eching and Oberschleißheim.
The children and the driver were unharmed.
The bus was put back on the road by a heavy-duty tractor - there was no property damage.
Tractor pulls truck out of the ditch
A tractor arrived in Neufahrn on Tuesday afternoon to pull a truck "An der Mauka" out of the ditch.
The truck driver (47) stated that “he lost control of his truck due to a wind drift”, reported the Neufahrn police.
The truck slid into the ditch - the driver was uninjured.

A little later, a 40-year-old woman was slightly injured when she was driving her Mercedes on Dietersheimer Strasse in Eching at around 3:15 p.m. She lost control of her car due to drifting snow, hit a tree on the right in a field and cleared it some wooden posts ”, reported the police.
The police put the damage at around 1000 euros.
Rammed traffic sign
Snow was also fatal for a 57-year-old woman from the district, who was driving her Ford on the FS 8 from Wippenhausen in the direction of Kirchdorf: In a left bend she turned right off the lane, collided with a traffic sign and came in the adjacent one Field to stand.
The 32-year-old passenger was slightly injured in the crash with the traffic sign.
Damage: around 500 euros.
15 minutes later, at the same place, a 34-year-old from Oberschleißheim skidded with his small truck and also landed in the field.
He was unharmed.
Also in the field, the journey for a woman from Zollinger (20), who was on the FS 9 near Kirchdorf and lost control of her car, ended on Tuesday around 1.30 p.m.
She was uninjured, the police put the damage at 1000 euros.
Evasive maneuver ends in the ditch
Because of the slippery snow, a Gautinger with his van slipped around 1:53 p.m. - he was on the way between Allershausen and Leonhardsbuch.
The Audi driver (32) from Haimhausen approaching him had to avoid the van and therefore got off the road.
Both parties were unharmed.
The Hörgertshausen fire brigade had to move out around 6 p.m. because a car skidded and rolled over on FS 25 between Hörgertshausen and Margarethenried.
The Florian disciples secured the scene of the accident - the driver was not injured, according to the fire brigade.
