About this exhibition, plastic artist Reem Kabtan, chairperson of the House of Arabic Calligraphy and Arts Association, said in a statement to SANA, "This event comes as an complement to the activities of the Mohabbat Qalam Festival, which was held by the association last month by displaying works by artists on its official page on social media to enhance visual communication between Peoples concerned with the Arabic letter and its arts, and to learn about their different ways of dealing with it.”
The virtual exhibition comes after the end of the activities of the Mohabbat Qalam Festival, which lasted for two weeks at the Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh, in cooperation between the Association and the Directorate of Culture of Damascus.
