Former United States President Donald Trump has been diagnosed with coronary heart disease three days before the first confrontation with President Joe Biden in the 2020 election, White House Chief of Staff Mark Medus wrote in a new book, according to the Guardian.
The White House did not release the test result after it was received, and Trump received a negative response shortly thereafter.
"Although I knew the candidates were required to present a negative test conducted 72 hours before the start of the event, nothing could have stopped Trump from coming," Medus wrote.
Trump said Medus' claims were "Pike News."

The revelation comes after a year of reports that Trump, then 74, was a carrier of the virus when he met Biden, 77, on Sept. 29 in Cleveland.
The former president announced that he had contracted the virus on October 2, and was rushed to the hospital that day.
The White House said at the time that the announcement came an hour after the results were received.
Later, Trump said he found out he was infected on Oct. 1.
Jellyfish's book will be published next week.
According to the Guardian, he writes that receiving the results on September 26 shocked the White House.
They arrived shortly after a grand ceremony in honor of Amy Connie Barrett's appointment to the Supreme Court, which is now considered a huge contagion event.
