Dana Zermon: "Even if I look glamorous, it does not mean I came back to myself" | Israel today

The new mom and Instagram anchor posted stories with an important message in self-acceptance when it comes to the female body after giving birth • "Half of the clothes my stylist brought did not cost me"

Network and fashion anchor Dana Zermon was photographed yesterday (Tuesday) for a new cover that will be published soon while she is wearing jeans and overalls.

Among the videos she shared, in which she looks glamorous in front of the camera, she revealed the truth behind the scenes.

"On the face of it it looks like I'm getting back to myself (after the birth), but in reality not everything went smoothly," she shared with followers on the story.

"Half, if not more than the things my stylist brought me, did not come over me or did not sit flattering, and that is even though she has been working with me for years and even though I have conveyed the right measurements to her."

"Yes I have lost a lot since birth, and there are items in my closet that have come back on me, but still the body is different, the weight is different. It sits elsewhere and looks different from what I know myself. I do not feel less beautiful or equal, but I do feel different. Maybe. "In a few months I will forget at all that I wrote this, maybe not. Indeed, it is important for me to share, because even if you look glamorous, sweet and working, it does not mean that everything is back to normal or that the process of accepting the new self is over," she wrote sensitively.

"You will know that even for a girl like me, who has always advocated self-acceptance and never pursued a certain degree, it is also a shake for me. I also go through a process of acceptance and understanding. It meets me mainly in my impatience, I learn an important lesson of patience, and understanding that "The most wanting and trying is not enough, and the body has its own way. Even when it shines and with a team that makes sure I come out the most beautiful, it does not change the most natural and frustrating feelings a woman goes through," Zermon shared.

Zermon, 29, who gave birth to her eldest son Adam in July this year, wrote an important message to her followers, and even came out with a scathing critique that is important to hear.

"We were a team of women on the set and we asked how it makes sense to have a talk and a critique of every drop of weight a woman goes up or down. We are always expected to get back to ourselves as quickly as possible and without too much talk on the subject."

Zermon ended with a message to women during pregnancy and childbirth and wrote: "We are also the ones who in reality really go up and down, and go up and down for the most natural and humane and supreme goal in life. "Jeans? Do you understand how fucked up the world is?"
