Riots in 2018
The school is known for its outbreaks of violence, without any specific cause to report.
At the end of 2018, in the context of the uprisings of yellow vests but not particularly related to them, students of the establishment had launched riots and attacked the police, even preparing gas cylinders, discovered later.
The arrest of 150 young people had sparked a controversy, following a video where they were on their knees, hands on their heads and monitored by police forces.

No injuries were however to be deplored, and the internal police investigation had been closed.
