This week, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett visited for the first time the Prime Minister's official residence on Balfour Street in Jerusalem.
Since the government was formed, Bennett has not used the official residence, and his family continues to live in their private home in Raanana.
Bennett, conducted a short tour of the residence hall, which is an official property of the state, in order to stand on the progress of the process of training the residence hall for use.
In order to advance the process and begin the use of the residence hall according to his needs, the Prime Minister instructed the Director General of the Prime Minister's Office, Yair Pines, to expedite the proceedings as much as possible.
Bennett sought to see the renovation plans, which focus on infrastructure and security aspects, in accordance with the requirements of security officials.
In addition, the Prime Minister has instructed to shorten the schedules, which will be launched during 2022 and end towards the end.
