Korean luxury: Genesis G90

2021-12-01T19:37:05.379Z

Genesis unveils the new G90, the second generation of its luxury car. It will arrive in Israel towards the end of 2022

Luxury cars usually come from well-known and well-known places.

Most of the models considered here come from Germany, when Japan also joined this exclusive club a little over three decades ago.

The Koreans are quite new to it, and the G90 is supposed to offer an alternative to greatness and prestige.

At least with its second generation now partially exposed.

The details are poor and so are the photos.

For example there is no hint of what its cabin will look like, one of the more important things in this segment.

You can also recognize in the photos, the familiar Genesis headlight signature on the front, a tail that looks less original and a smooth and long silhouette.

Genesis says that the passenger handles are removable, in order to reduce the towing factor of the car.

The details are very few as stated.

The base version will most likely use the dual-supercharged V6 engine.

What's beyond?

We are not really sure that under the auspices of the current era, the 5.0-liter V8 engine from the current generation will continue to the next generation.

It makes more sense for Genesis to offer one electric hybrid version or another.

And of course, a pure electric version as well.

The G90 (which will also be offered in an extended version) will arrive in Israel in the third quarter of 2022. But its arrival here will not be on a regular import, but only by special order.
