Liu Guoxun responded that since the DAB intervened in the resumption of land in the northeastern New Territories, many citizens were satisfied and were able to settle in the district.
Shen Haojie questioned that only one-third of the affected residents succeeded in "going upstairs", and many of the remaining residents were quite dissatisfied with the political party and hesitated and helpless.
Liu Xu explained that the northeast of the New Territories is divided into the first and second phases of development. Many residents just stay in undeveloped areas and have regular meetings with them, and then question whether Shen Haojie participates in each meeting.

He also mentioned that there are few DSS schools and international schools in the region, and Yuen Long does not even have an international school degree. He emphasized that these educations should be strengthened in the region, and that in the future, we should consider attracting universities, such as foreign and mainland universities.
There are many cross-border students in North District schools, but they cannot come to Hong Kong to teach due to the epidemic.
Liu Guoxun believes that the district should have a cross-border dedicated network so as not to affect the number of students in the North District. He emphasized that the population policy must be improved before the allocation of educational resources.
Zhang Xinyu said that educational resources depend on long-term population development. He mentioned that small class teaching can be implemented in the district first. It is expected that there will be certain needs in the future, and schools should not be killed in a short period of time.
Shen Haojie added that he understands that parents have the psychology of chasing prestigious schools, and believes that Beijing Metropolitan Schools should develop characteristics and cultivate different talents, such as STEM education, emphasizing that the most important thing is diversity.
He also mentioned that sports are all good opportunities for development. He holds many important positions in sports clubs. He believes that the industrialization of sports interacts with the school's training of students from elementary school.
