The Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion today (Wednesday) extended for the third time the detention of businessman Moshe Hogg, who has been detained for two weeks in the "Big Game" case.
The extension of detention was made by agreement between the police and defense attorneys, and Celebrate again exercised his right not to be at the hearing.

In justifying this request, defense attorneys noted that the right to privacy outweighs the public's right to know.
"The damage that could be done to my client and his family is enormous and the balance must be maintained," they noted.
Judge Melamed heard the parties and ruled that there was no reason to extend the restraining order on the list of sexual offenses attributed to the suspect, as this case was not an exceptional case where a restraining order should be issued, yet allowed a 48-hour delay to allow defense attorneys to appeal The decision to the district.

Hogg's attorneys, Amit Hadad and Moshe Mazor, said: "We are confident that at the end of the investigation, our client's innocence will be proven."
