The manager of a luxury boutique was assaulted at his home, while returning from the Ballon d'Or ceremony. Thieves stole from him

A dream evening that turns into a nightmare for Wanis.

This 26-year-old man was attacked, in the night from Monday to Tuesday, at his home in Paris (16th century), by two men who held him up and beat him before getting their hands on these precious watches.

He had just spent the evening at the Ballon d'Or ceremony, which rewarded PSG footballer Lionel Messi.

Around 1:20 am, rue Duret, Wanis returns home after this evening at the Théâtre du Châtelet.

Arrived on his landing, he opens the door of his apartment.

Two hooded criminals armed with a pistol then push him inside.

The robbers pin him to the ground and beat him.

"We'll shoot you and your family if you scream," threaten the thieves.

They force him to open his safe and seize three luxury watches worth 100,000 euros, without forgetting to steal the one he wears on his wrist: a Richard Mille,

estimated between 500,000 and one million euros.

They also got their hands on the ignition keys of his Lamborghini.

But the car was ultimately not stolen.

Head sore, shin and rib pain

As soon as their booty is pocketed, the criminals flee and Wanis calls the emergency services.

The firefighters arrive quickly and take charge of him.

The young man suffers from a head wound, his brow bone is open and he complains of pain in his shin and ribs.

In shock, he was taken to Ambroise-Paré hospital in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine).

The victim explains that he is responsible for a luxury goods store.

His name is also listed in London in a company that distributes furniture for coworking.

Has the young man been targeted for a long time?

Did his attackers spot him during the evening or after the event?

For the moment, no track is privileged.

Investigators from the Paris banditry repression squad are responsible for answering these questions.

Their colleagues from the forensic science took up the traces and clues in the apartment and a neighborhood investigation was carried out to discover material evidence that would identify the two robbers.
