Identified on the evening of the events via video surveillance, he was arrested in the 13th arrondissement of Paris and then admitted his participation in the assault in police custody.

The assault occurred on Sunday November 28 at around 6:40 p.m. when the 29-year-old policeman and his partner were hugging and kissing. Four young people - described in the report that we were able to consult as "
