Pope Francis in the Mediterranean to raise awareness

DECRYPTION - The Pope begins a trip to Cyprus and Greece, especially on the island of Lesbos, to call on Europe to welcome migrants.



Pope Francis takes a dim view of “

signs of a return to the past

” in Europe with the rise of “

nationalism and populism
