Status quo: 1: 4 to Liverpool in the derby, both Chelsea and Manchester City won | Israel today

The three Premier League leaders finished the evening with three points • Henderson, Salah and Juta celebrated Everton • 1: 2 to the Blues at Watford • The champions defeated Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa 1: 2

The three leaders in the Premier League had to work hard - some more and some less - in the midweek round tonight (Wednesday), but in the end they all won and the status quo at the top remained.

First Chelsea went out for an away game against Claudio Ranieri's Watford and after 12 minutes the teams were forced to go back down to the locker room following a medical emergency in the stands.

When they came back from there after 30 minutes, Mason Mount set up a 0-1 draw from Kay Habertz, but towards the end of the first half Emanuel Dennis equalized 1-1.

Towards the end Thomas Tuchel picked up from the bench Romulo Lukaku and Hakim Zeich, and the Moroccan was the one who set the result of the game when he finished a nice attack with a sharp kick to the top net.

Second in the table, Manchester City, hosted Aston Villa and Steven Gerrard who have held 100% success since being appointed Villa coach and really wanted to continue in front of Pep Guardiola's team.

A good first half that included goals from the Portuguese Ruben Diaz and Bernardo Silva was enough for City.

Maybe Watkins shrank at the start of the second half, but more than that Villa and Gerard did not achieve and it ended with 1: 2 for the champion.

Liverpool hosted Everton in a derby where they also wanted to stay close to the two leaders and also regain control of the city after last season's 0-2 loss.

Damari Drey further shrunk to 1-2 at the end of the first half and ostensibly gave a few minutes of tension, but other than that it was another performance by Jürgen Klopp's oiled bunch.

Jordan Henderson was excellent with a goal and cooking for Muhammad Salah.

The Egyptian completed a double in the second half and raised his tally to 13 goals this season, with the final chord belonging to Diego Diota from Andy Robertson's second cook.

It ended with a crushing 1: 4 to Liverpool, who complete four consecutive victories in which they scored 14 goals.
