Damascus Governorate announced today the start of receiving applications from owners of the real estate area of Kafr Sousa in the Directorate of Implementation of Legislative Decree 66 to receive title deeds in the second regulatory area south of the southern highway “Basilia City”.
The director of the Directorate of Implementation of Legislative Decree 66 in the governorate, Eng. Riad Diab, explained to SANA’s delegate today that the delivery of title deeds will take place five days after the date of submitting the application to the Directorate’s office in Mezzeh, pointing out that more than a hundred applications have been received today.
Diab called for the need to know the real estate number and the number of bonds by the applicants, noting that the announcement of the rest of the areas located in "Basilia City" will take place later to avoid pressure and congestion.
