Today, the Cooperative Agricultural Bank in Sweida began selling superphosphate fertilizer to farmers for the need for fruit trees.
The director of the bank, Engineer Naseem Hudaifa, explained in a statement to SANA that the sale of fertilizers is carried out according to the actual need schedule in force with the bank and the agricultural regulation issued by the Directorate of Agriculture, at a price of one million and 177 thousand pounds per ton.
Hudaifa pointed out that the bank continues to finance the fertilizer needs of wheat crops with 50 percent of the need for nitrogen fertilizers and the full need for phosphate fertilizers.
