The downing of a Saudi regime spy plane in the airspace of Saada and Amran

Today, Yemeni air defenses shot down a Saudi regime spy plane while it was carrying out hostile actions in the airspace of the governorates of Saada and Amran.

Yemeni armed forces spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said in a statement that "the operation to shoot down the enemy plane took place in the airspace of the Al-Amsheya area with a surface-to-air missile that has not been announced yet."

During the past months, Yemeni air defenses shot down a number of spy planes belonging to the forces of the Saudi aggression.

The Saudi regime has continued its aggression against the Yemeni people since 2015, leaving tens of thousands of victims and massive damage to infrastructure.
