When gaming and fashion meet:

The British Fashion Council, the BFC, awarded a prize for the best design to "Roblux", the popular creative game.

The award was given as part of a new category created by the council in collaboration with Roblux, called Metaverse Design, and will be awarded annually to works of design, fashion and art within the shared virtual space, namely the Metaverse.

Five Roblux creators were nominated for the award, and the clothing store (virtual, yes?) CSapphire won the coveted title.

But that's not all.

Those who are interested in watching the ceremony and even taking part in it, are welcome to do so within Rublox itself (you must register before the game, registration is free).

Until December 7, the game will feature an interactive awards ceremony, within the reconstruction of London Hall Albert Hall, with a virtual guest appearance by Alessandro Michele, the creative director of the fashion house Jocci.

You too will be able to walk the red carpet as VIP guests, and also, according to the venture, "explore the latest trends in layered fashion and collect unique accessories from Gucci and the British Fashion Council".

This is not the first time Rublox and Gucci have collaborated.

About six months ago, the two companies launched a "virtual garden" within the walls of Roblux, where gamers and fashion enthusiasts could walk around, be impressed and even purchase Gucci digital items.

Now, as mentioned, the British Fashion Council is also joining the celebration, in fact recognizing that cyberspace is capable of being a worthy platform for fashion ventures, and even serve as an effective marketing tool.

It should be noted that recently the luxury brand Moncler has a unique collaboration with Fortnite, one of Roblux's main competitors, and offered in the game digital clothing items called "skins".
