A 25-year-old male construction worker was involved in repeatedly photographing the bottom of his skirt and exposing his penis to a girl twice between May and November this year. He was charged with two counts of undermining public decency and four counts of misconduct in a public place.
The case will be brought to the West Kowloon Court today (1st). There is no need to answer the case. The hearing will be postponed until January 12 next year, pending further investigation by the police, including reviewing CCTV footage and checking mobile phones.
The defendant applied for bail but was rejected by Magistrate Zhang Zhiwei.
The defendant, Xie Jiabao, was charged with exposing his penis to others at the Shek Kip Mei Central Recreation Ground at Wai Chi Street, Sham Shui Po and on the platform on the 1st floor of Pak Tin Village, 51 Pak Tin Street on November 11 and 19 this year; he was also charged on November 11 and 19 this year. On 13th, May 31st, and June 4th, 4 times in the Shek Kip Mei MTR station, in a MTR station and somewhere in Hong Kong stealing the bottom of the skirt.
