The first of four women who say Ghislaine Maxwell, the ex-partner and assistant to pedophile mogul Jeffrey Epstein, "groomed" them to have sex with him and other powerful men, took the stand Tuesday and, in graphic detail, described how her they taught how to
satisfy a predator
.
Testifying at Maxwell's trial in New York under the pseudonym
Jane
, the woman said she was 14 years old and was eating ice cream at a summer camp for young artists when Maxwell and Epstein approached her and struck up a conversation.
Soon,
Jane
said
, Maxwell went from acting like an older sister to teaching Epstein how to “massage”.
"I was frozen in fear," she said, recounting how Epstein sexually abused her in the pool maintenance room at his Palm Beach mansion.

Later, he added, he found himself participating in orgies that included Maxwell and Epstein at the tycoon's palatial homes in Palm Beach, Florida, New York and on his New Mexico ranch.
She described the sex when asked as "kissing, oral sex with each other, oral sex with Jeffrey, full sex."
Jane's
voice
cracked when she described how she wanted to hurt herself out of desperation.

"I just didn't have much hope," he said.
"It didn't look like much joy was coming my way either."
During cross-examination, Maxwell's defense attorney, Laura Menninger, tried to undermine
Jane's
credibility
by noting that she claimed to have “escaped” from Epstein in 1999, but did not tell investigators about Maxwell's alleged involvement until after she Epstein committed suicide a decade later.
"I don't know, they did despicable things to me and I didn't want to talk about them," he replied.

The often emotional testimony came on the second day of Maxwell's trial and after longtime Epstein pilot Larry Visoski claimed to have met
Jane
and remembered her "
piercing blue eyes
."
Visoski said he was not aware that she was a minor and that he was not aware of any minor who had traveled on Epstein's planes without "a father or mother."
"She
looked like a woman
," Visoski said of
Jane
, and testified in court that she worked for Epstein from 1991 to 2019.

The 59-year-old British socialite has been accused by prosecutors of identifying and recruiting vulnerable young women and "grooming" them to have sex with Epstein and other powerful men.
Maxwell, who is on trial for allegedly helping Epstein recruit and abuse
Jane
and three other underage girls, primarily in the 1990s, has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty to all six charges against him.
His attorneys contend that prosecutors are going after Maxwell because they cannot try Epstein, a convicted sex offender who hanged himself in prison two years ago while awaiting trial for alleged sex trafficking.
But Epstein's flights became the focus of intense media scrutiny after former President Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew of England, lawyer Alan Dershowitz and other celebrities were found to have flown on his planes.
Virginia Roberts Guiffre, an alleged Epstein victim who is not part of this case, filed a civil lawsuit
accusing Maxwell of trafficking her to Prince Andrew when he was just 17 years old.
The British royal has denied the allegations.

Visoski also said that he met Guiffre on one of the flights "in the mid to late 1990s" and had no idea how old he was.
He added that he never witnessed any kind of sexual act on the planes that flew into Epstein's many luxurious homes.
"I did not know his age, he did not look young," he declared.
"For me it was a woman."
Visoski mentioned Prince Andrew, former Ohio astronaut and senator John Glenn, actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker, and violinist Itzhak Perlman.
He also said that
Donald Trump was a frequent passenger
on his flights before he became president.
"There was more than one time, I think," Visoski said.
"I certainly remember former President Trump, but no one else related to him."
Trump, who once referred to Epstein as a "great guy," told reporters in 2019 that they had an argument 15 years earlier and that he was "not a fan of hers."

Visoski said she frequently ran into Maxwell and stated that
she supervised Epstein's houses
.
When asked about the relationship between Maxwell and Epstein, he said, "I thought it was more personal than business."
Visoski was questioned by Assistant United States Attorney Maurene Comey, daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, who was fired from office by Trump in 2017.
Maxwell's trial in New York began Monday and is
expected to last six weeks.
