We have no idea how Lukech came to the kibbutz, but it ended with a delicious meal | Israel today

Our restaurant rapper found himself in Givat Hashlosha, looking for a surprising lunch and business bed at a fair price that we sometimes forget exists

Appetite, dear readers.

Welcome to my new corner - "Business of the Century", a corner where I will locate all over the country in search of a worthwhile business meal, at a price of up to one hundred shekels.

The place I chose to open with is in a rather surprising location - Givat Hashlosha, near Petah Tikva and Rosh HaAyin.

"Givat Hashlosha Farm" is a restaurant with three hats, but without three corners.

There is a good location, so all the possibilities are exhausted there.

In the morning it is a cafe, in the evening in a meat smoker and in the afternoon in a quality and more interesting version of home-cooked, and even collective food (only without a red notebook and a boob hat).

We arrived seven hungry friends, and ordered business meals that included: onion soup or chopped salad for starters, schnitzel, meat and plum stew, lasagna, breast or chicken knee for mains, alongside oven-baked cauliflower, mashed potatoes or rice with vegetables.

So how were we?

lets start.

The cut of the firsts boiled well, with the onion soup being delicious with croutons and parmesan, which completely complimented him.

The salad that was added was also fresh and refreshing.

We mainly found that the schnitzel was crispy and the plum meat stew was excellent, and in my opinion this is a candidate for the outstanding dish of our not small meal there.

Also, the chicken breast and chicken knee were tasty and well made, and finally - the lasagna, which after much deliberation I crowned as the winner of the event.

A quality lasagna, which I would expect to find in a restaurant and not at a kibbutz lunch in the middle of the road (do you know what else I would not expect to find in a kibbutz? Me, but that's a different story).

The toppings were nice, likable rice with vegetables, quality mashed potatoes and good cauliflower.

We had room left for desserts, and there were quite a few that looked good, so we took a bite of souffle, a chocolate chip cookie and a plum cake.

The storm was great, but as mentioned - "bite" - and it's an addictive dish, so it's best to order two in advance, or ten, in my case.

The cookie was fine, closing a corner but not beyond, and the plum cake was a great finale to a good meal.

Warm, excellent and comforting.

Each business at this place costs only NIS 48, including first, main, topping and water or soda.

For dessert, add between five and 17 shekels, so that at a very fair price you can enjoy a meal that feels completely homely in a pastoral atmosphere, and most importantly - it was also delicious.

Until next time, I was a lukewarm to

have an appetite
