This tends to prove the ideal maturity of the dominant Chardonnays (52%), but also that of Pinots Noirs (43%) and Meuniers.
Straw yellow in color, the dress shines brightly.
Winey, the nose is intense and creamy.
First full and fleshy, the mouth, open, smooth and generous, sharpens on the finish, mineral, lively, long, persistent, complex.
She will appreciate all kinds of dishes such as Iberian ham from Jabugo, barely seared European lobster (blue) or roasted turbot.
Oysters will enhance the final salinity of the champagne.
