Great news from Denmark.
Almost half a year after the dramatic collapse in the match against Finland at Euro 2020, Christian Eriksen returned today (Thursday) to practice.
The Danish international held a training session with one of his youth teams in his country, Odense Boldklov.
According to the club's announcement, Eriksen trained alone, but when it comes to a player who had a heart attack only about six months ago - this is very exciting news for the world of football.
"We'm really happy that Christian Eriksen is keeping fit now on our pitches," said Odense's sporting director Michael Hemingsen.
The Dane's return to the pitches as mentioned should not be soon (if at all), but maybe we will still get to see a wonderful comeback to the pitch?
Christian Eriksen has slowly started training again! 👏
He has been doing some work with a personal trainer in Odense, Denmark both with and without a football.🇩🇰
