Constitutional lawyer Joseph Malouf explains in an interview with María Alejandra Requena if the parents of Ethan Crumbley, the attacker in the Michigan school shooting, could face time in prison if they prove they have any legal responsibility for the attack that left four dead and at least seven were injured.
Crumbley, 15, will stand trial as an adult for the incident on Tuesday.
