The controversial bill reforming the Disabled Adult's Allowance (AAH) is back on December 2 before the National Assembly, although it divides the political class.
From LR to LFI, the opposition calls in unison for the “
deconjugalization
” of this allowance.
But the government has repeatedly asserted its right to oppose, notably in June during a blocked vote in Parliament.
The Secretary of State for the Disabled Sophie Cluzel justifies the position of the executive, pleading, with the majority, for a “
more redistributive
”
reform
: a standard allowance of 5,000 euros on the spouse's income.

Put back on the agenda by the deputy LR Aurélien Pradié, the individualization of this allowance was ruled out once again on October 7, at the end of a stormy session in the National Assembly.
Three days later, the Senate again challenged the government.
On December 2, the bill is back for a third reading, at the initiative
